As Director of Operations for The Nikki Adams Resilience Team, Terry coordinates the many moving pieces behind every transaction, helping ensure the right people have the right information at the right time. From contract to closing, she keeps communication flowing, details organized, and every transaction moving forward as smoothly as possible.
Terry enjoys creating efficient processes, solving problems, and helping the team deliver an exceptional client experience. She believes that when the details are handled well, clients are free to focus on the excitement of buying or selling their home. Whether she's coordinating timelines, supporting the team, or finding ways to improve day-to-day operations, Terry is always looking for opportunities to make each client's experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with her two sons, relaxing with her rescue dog, Nala, and discovering new technology that makes everyday life a little easier. She believes a little organization, thoughtful planning, and a positive attitude can make even the busiest days run a little more smoothly.
